Hoover Dam Tour Company acts as agent only for other business establishments in specified area's and can not be held liable for their actions. Those establishments and the other specified business establishments reserve the right to alter routes or to substitute equipment as conditions warrant. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of a tour.

Cancellation and refund: Hoover Dam Tour Company reserves the right to charge up to "full fare for no shows." Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a charge of 50% of fare.
